Incident report

About 10 minutes. Nothing to pay now.

Step 1 of 5: Which blockchain?

Not sure? Choose "I'm not sure" and we'll check them all.

Sorry, we can't trace that blockchain yet. Our reports cover Bitcoin, Ethereum and EVM chains, Solana and Tron. There's nothing to pay, and you can still report it. Where to report it

Not sure which blockchain?

Look at your wallet address:

bc1…, 1…, 3…
Bitcoin
0x…
Ethereum or an EVM chain
T…
Tron
32–44 characters, no prefix
probably Solana

Step 2 of 5: The transactions

One per line. The transactions that took your funds.

The public address the funds left. Never your seed phrase.

Where do I find a transaction ID?

In your wallet app, open the transaction and look for "Transaction ID", "TxID" or "Hash". On an exchange, it's in your withdrawal history.

I don't have any of these

Step 3 of 5: What happened?

Your best guess is fine. The exact times come from the blockchain.

Who contacted you, what you were told, what you did. Include the names of any websites, apps or people.

Step 4 of 5: Your details

As it should appear on the report.

We'll send the report here.

If you've already reported it. We'll include it in the report.

Step 5 of 5: Check and send

We'll email you a code to confirm it's you. Then we review your details and get back to you by email.

We need a transaction ID or address

We're sorry: without one, we have nothing to trace. There's nothing to pay, and one is often easier to find than it sounds.

How to find one

  • Wallet app: open the transaction and look for "Transaction ID", "TxID" or "Hash".
  • Exchange: check your withdrawal history for the TxID.
  • Emails from the exchange often include it.

Either way, please report it to the authorities. Where to report it
